The business started with a gap the founder saw firsthand: too many countertop jobs in the region were handled by installers who treated stone as a commodity rather than a material that has to fit a specific home and a specific life. Over time, the service area grew from Hudson and Catskill outward to Kinderhook, Claverack, Greenport, Ghent, Germantown, Stockport, Athens, Clavermont, and Livingston as word spread through referrals from homeowners and contractors alike. Today Hudson Luxe Countertops works directly with property owners, remodelers, and commercial clients throughout that same footprint, with 10+ years of experience behind it.
Founder's Story
The founder of Hudson Luxe Countertops started out working installations for other companies and kept running into the same problem: jobs that were priced fast and finished faster, with little regard for how the homeowner actually used their kitchen or bathroom.
